ABOUT THE CLASS

The Boxing Sisters beginners class is the ideal way to start boxing and really learn it well. You don't need any experience, and you don't need to be in top shape to join. You train at your own pace, but you can still get the most out of yourself in every class. The classes are accessible, motivating, and held in a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels at home.

We start with the basics: stance, footwork and punches. Step by step, our experienced coaches teach you the fundamentals of boxing — from punches and defence to combinations. Every class builds on the last, so you develop real technique while working on your conditioning, strength and mental resilience. Our coaches are with you every step of the way.

You walk into class and leave the gym with more energy, strength and confidence.
