Strength & Conditioning combines boxing, strength and conditioning in one intense workout. Improve your technique, build strength and take your conditioning to the next level. Your whole body gets stronger, fitter and leaner through the combination of strength training, conditioning work and boxing technique. You burn plenty of calories, build muscle power and work towards a lean, strong body.

At the same time, focused drills and heavy bag training sharpen your technique and stamina, so you don't just get fitter — you also become a better boxer.
