FAQ

What types of boxing classes are available at Boxing Sisters?
We offer Boxing Beginners, Technique & Skills, Bag Workout, Personal Training, and Strength & Conditioning. Every class is built around real boxing technique.
How many people are in a boxing class?
Our group classes are kept intentionally small so every student receives coaching, not just observation. Class sizes vary by type but are always capped to maintain quality.
Do I need experience for the Boxing Beginners class?
No experience whatsoever is needed. The Beginners class starts from absolute zero: stance, guard, basic punches. If you can show up, you can do this class.
What should I bring to my first boxing class?
Comfortable training clothes and indoor sports shoes. We have gloves to lend for free. Bring water and arrive 10 minutes early so you can get settled before the class starts.
How long does each boxing class last?
All group classes are 60 minutes. Personal training sessions are also 60 minutes by default but can be adjusted based on your goals.
