Do I need any boxing experience to join the 8-week beginners course?
No experience needed at all. The beginners course is designed for women who have never boxed before. We start with the basics and build up your skills week by week.
What equipment do I need to bring?
Just sportswear and clean indoor shoes. Boxing gloves can be borrowed for free if you do not have your own.
What if I miss a session?
No problem. If you miss a session, you can catch up in one of our regular classes during the same week. Just let your coach know.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
If you are not satisfied after the first two sessions, we will refund the full course fee. No questions asked. Just contact us within 14 days of your first session.
What are the options to keep training after the beginners course?
After the beginners course you can join all our other classes and choose one of our memberships or a credits package to keep training.
